Office 365 Goes Down in Australia, New Zealand Microsoft has acknowledged that customers in Australia and New Zealand are getting difficulty opening its Office 365 portal on Monday morning. Many of the users in Australia and New Zealand said Monday morning that they were unable to access Microsoft's Office 365 server, referring to the "unstable error" when trying to reach the service. The Down Detector shows that users started registering the problem at 9am, just as the work day began for many people on the east coast of Australia.
